Issues | Use Plant Notification

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to myExpert as a user.
  • You have one of the following roles:
    • Company Admin
    • Plant Admin

Procedure

  1. Select "Company Overview". Sidebar Click
  2. Select "Open" for the desired company entry. Firmen-Eintrag öffnen
  3. Select "Open" for the desired plant entry. Anlagen-Eintrag öffnen
  4. Under "Lifecycle", select the desired sub-category. myPlant, Lifecycle
  5. Select "Subscribe to notification". myPlant, Lifecycle

Result

  • If the option was activated: If there are new changes (regarding the "Lifecycle" area) for your plants, a notification will be sent to you via email weekly on Mondays. The email shows the number of respective open issues collected for all subscribed plants.
  • If the option was deactivated: Notifications are switched off, but pending notifications will still be sent one more time on the following Monday.
