Send Feedback

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to myExpert as a user.

Procedure

  1. Select "Feedback". Sidebar Click
  2. Select a category from the dropdown menu. Category select
  3. Enter your message in the "Message" field. Message field
  4. Optional: expand "Upload attachments" to add files to your feedback.
    • Supported formats: png, jpg, pdf, xlsx, zip Upload attachments
  5. Optional: expand "Attached context" to review the automatically added context. Attached context
  6. Select "Send". Send feedback

Result

The feedback has been submitted.
