Manage / Edit Plant Inventory Issues

Prerequisites

• You are logged in to myExpert as a user.
• Inventory has been uploaded to myExpert.
• The "myCompany" area is displayed.
• You have the appropriate role.
  Show Roles and Permissions
  Change Roles
  Get Roles Assigned

Procedure

1. Display the generated issues of a plant and analyze the need for action.
   Issues | Show Required Action
2. Change the prioritization of issues by editing the recommended action for the components.
   Issues | Edit Recommended Action
3. Change the planning status for the issues of a component.
   Issues | Change Planning Status
4. Export a list of the issues of a plant. This allows you to forward work steps to colleagues for maintenance activities on the components.
   Issues | Generate Export File
5. Update inventory in myExpert with revised data.
   Create / Update Plant Inventory

Result

The issues of the selected plant have been processed.
