Prerequisites

• You are logged in to myExpert as a user.
• The "myCompany" area is displayed.
• You have the appropriate role.
  Show Roles and Permissions
  Change Roles
  Get Roles Assigned

Procedure

1. Create the inventory of a plant.
   Create / Update Plant Inventory
2. Get information about the status..
   ..of the inventory:
   Open Plant Entry
   Show Plant Inventory
   Show Change Status of Plant Inventory
   Show Company's Overall Inventory
   Create a Snapshot of the Company Inventory
   ..of addional data:
   Show / Edit User-defined Plant Details
   Show I/O data of a plant
   Show OS Patch Level
   Show Licenses
   
3. Update / supplement the inventory.
   Create / Update Plant Inventory
4. Optional: Export an overview of the inventory..
   ..of a plant:
   Export Plant Inventory
   ..of the company:
   Export Company Inventory
5. Optional: Delete selected inventory entries.
   Delete Plant Inventory

Result

The inventory of the selected plant has been supplemented or changed.
