Operative Roles

Within the plants, there are the following roles. These have partly administrative, but also operative tasks in myExpert.

Plant Admin

  • has access to the inventory of his plants and is allowed to upload inventory files as well as delete the plant inventory
  • can view the inventory of his plants
  • can view, evaluate, and plan the lifecycle issues of a plant
  • sees all authorized plants in the fleet overview
  • can administer all authorized plant users

Plant User

  • sees all authorized plants in his fleet overview
  • can view the inventory of his plants
  • can evaluate and plan the issues of his plant

Support Admin

  • sees all authorized plants in his fleet overview
  • can view the amount of inventory via myPlant, but can't see the inventory itself
  • can create new support requests

Support User

  • sees all authorized plants in his fleet overview
  • can view support requests for his authorized plants and contribute to them

Health User

  • has access to the optional Health module of myExpert
  • can check the status, view, comment on, and close event containers in the Health module
