Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to myExpert as a user.
  • You have one of the following roles:
    • Plant Admin
    • Support Admin
    • Support User

Procedure

  1. Select "Company Overview". Sidebar Click
  2. Select "Open" for the desired company entry. Open Company Entry
  3. Select "Open" for the desired plant entry. Open Plant Entry
  4. Select "Support Request". myPlant, Service

Result

An overview of the support requests is displayed.
