Service | Show Conversation History / Answer Questions

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to myExpert as a user.
  • The "myCompany" area is displayed.
    Open Company Entry / List All Plants
  • You have one of the following roles:
    • Plant Admin
    • Support Admin
    • Support User

Procedure

  1. Select "Open" for the desired plant entry. Anlagen-Eintrag ΓΆffnen
  2. Select "Support Request". myPlant, Service
  3. Select "Details" for the desired support request. Service, Anfrage-Details wΓ€hlen
  4. Optional: Enter a response and confirm. Service, Antwort eingeben

Result

The conversation history of the selected support request is displayed.
