Prerequisites
- You are logged in to myExpert as a user.
- The "myCompany" area is displayed.
Open Company Entry / List All Plants - You have one of the following roles:
- Plant Admin
- Support Admin
- Support User
Procedure
- Select "Open" for the desired plant entry.
- Select "Support Request".
- Select "Details" for the desired support request.
- Optional: Enter a response and confirm.
Result
The conversation history of the selected support request is displayed.
