Service | Create New Support Request

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Select "Open" for the desired plant entry. Anlagen-Eintrag öffnen
  2. Select "Support Request". myPlant, Service
  3. Select "Add Support Request". myPlant, Support-Anfrage erstellen
  4. Enter the text for the request and fill in all necessary fields. myPlant, Support-Anfrage ausfüllen
  5. Select "Send SR". myPlant, Support-Anfrage, Auswahl bestätigen

Result

You have created a new request. The request is displayed in the overview.
