1 Information on the Support Request The issue description can be viewed and hidden within a ticket.
The creator of the ticket is named.
2 Conversation List Contains customer contributions on the right side.
Support responses are displayed on the left side.
Contributions can be expanded.
The display of the conversation is limited to one's own contributions for data protection reasons.
The history of the conversation list is composed of the individual contributions of this ticket.
Contributions can be sent to support via email or directly in myExpert.
3 Text Field Serves for replying.
Located at the end of the conversation list.
Attachments can be sent to support.
